february fun

We had a great weekend. We went up to my mom's house to play with Lindsay, Jared, and Trae before their big move, and also to help Jeff and Selly move to Utah. Lots of change going on in my family right now with two big new jobs/moves and four families having babies.

We are going to miss this one. Trae is such a cute kid and my kids love playing with him We celebrated Travis birthday a little on Saturday also. Here's his star wars cake

and of course, his usual visit to chuck e. cheese. Don't really care to go to that place on a Saturday ever again!

Jeff and Selly arrived late Saturday night. They were troopers the next day after a big drive. But it was too funny how much Hailey's bed head and Jeff's bed head resembled each other. The back view was even better :)

We finished off the weekend going to my sister's baby blessing. It was great, but I still don't understand why we do that to mother's. Honestly, you've just endured 9 months of pregnancy and 2 months of no freedom/ or sleep. Now what do you get to do? Host a multitude of people in your home. Can I just bless my baby when she's 9 months old?

It was a fun weekend and it was fun to think back five years ago when Travis was born. He enjoyed listening to his birthday story. And it's a lot more fun to tell now that the delivery is over :)
